PCI adhesives

I've found an independent tile store 3 minutes down the road from where i live

He's offered me PCI rapid set for £17 a bag with a promise of getting it down to £14 once i've bought a few bags

I've heard good things about PCI, being good and light to work with

What do you guys think about: 1, PCI addy in general?
2, The price i've been given?

If possible, i'd rather work with a good local independent
