please please help , dirty porcelin tiles i can t clean properly

Please help

I have a lovely grained Italian porcelain tile in my kitchen , in off white. However I cannot get them clean, because of the grain dirt gets trapped . I tried products from Topps and Homebase but neither of them worked, any ideas would be gratfully received and tried

This happens to a lot of Tottenham supporters!
Do you know the name of the tile and where it was purchased from? There is one 600x300 porcelain tile that is nigh on impossible to keep clean.

Hi, from us try lithofin intensive cleaner a specific deep cleaner for porcelain, test one tile ,dilute 1-3
let the product work for 10-12 min scrub with a stiff brush every 2-3 min , if req test neat with longer working time and then work through in sections if successful . Some tiles are really difficult to clean with these grain like surface you may need to then use a deeper cleaner more regularly but in a more diluted form to keep on top of this.

Alternative ; ltp do a glaze protector, you will need to test this product for suitability, this may then fill the grain with product , then easing maintenance for you

could be non vitrified porc ?? hence the problem with dirt ingress ? maybe after you clean them and you are satisfied, seal with Lithofin FZ

The fz would be a good call, I think the tile they may have a slightly deeper grain, the fz will line the cappilary giving greater oil and water repelancy but will not fill it. if so the ltp s/p could poss fill that grain making cleaning easier and not trapping dirt
