plumbing in portable gas stove? Discussion Thread
I'm moving to a flat currently fitted with an induction hob, but I really can't live without a wok burner. The best wok burner approved for domestic indoor use is a German propane-fed portable burner. I'm told the manufacturer can re-jet it for methane - but is there a compliant way to get a portable device permanently plumbed into the mains? If so, is it something any registered engineer should be happy to do?
(I have not yet found out whether the manufacturer has gone to the trouble of getting UKCA approval, which may kill off the idea anyway.)
