Ply floor

Hi folks.

I have 2 small bathroom floors, currently floorboards. I've advised 9mm ext ply first, then the porcelain tiles. Am I ok to go ahead and prime with Acrylic, then single part flexi, followed by superflex grout?

use 12mm exterior ply screwed at 300 itervals in a grid pattern,prime ply then tile using a flexi adhesive and a flexi grout.use 1 inch screws if using 12mm ply into inch thick boards.

as Brian say's and you won't go far wrong..if height is an issue, you could always go with no more ply backer or hari backer as they are only 6m...Mark.

I'll price up the backerboards tomorrow. I screwed up a bit really and undercut myself, so if I go suggesting more expensive board/ply etc now, the customer might think I'm taking the p.ss!
