ok bq have admitted liablty for selling dogey tiles first recomend customer buys tiles from a good quailty tile supplyer. why save bq money for selling dogey tiles. way chop floor up dont be quick. relay new floor with good quailty tiles. the only way to stop this happening again is to make the supply realise that this is a very exspesive folly .to not quailty controll your product . the end user should not put up with this and should write to head office .
