Polishing edges of window reveal

I have some Jura beige limestone to polish. It's just the edges on window reveal. It's quite a soft stone so will do it by hand. What's the best way.? What grit? With water? Cheers ollie

If it's just a one off you could probably get away with a few grades of wet and dry paper.

up to 200 or 300 grit will give you a honed or sating finish and can certainly be done by hand.

If you want a polished finish you'd really need mechanical polishing to make it viable.

I wouldn't unless you found the paper sheets were clogging.

Jura should be pretty easy to finish.
