Polishing tool to polish marble and other stone?

Hi there, is there a tool that will polish marble?
I have been to look at a job and the wall and floor tiles are polished marble, the customer wants on the corners for the tiles to butt up against the other tile,no trims or mitred corners they want the exposed edge of the tile showing, to give it a chunky look, but they want the edges of the tile to be polished like the surface!
Is there a tool with disks or pads that can be used for this?
Also while im on here is there a small tool that you can buy to polish tiles that have been worn and are loosing there shine on natural stone?
I know you can get the big polishers for floors but I am looking for a small handy to use tool for walls etc.

I have seen this tool before, what would you use with it to get the highly polished finished look diamond discs? or maybe different grades of sand paper? have you used this tool for doing this?

The tools for any job are not a magic wand, you still need to know how to get the best out of them.
Dave bought some of these from FleaBay 4" inch WET diamond polishing pad wheel disc SET marble on eBay (end time 24-Jul-09 10:51:46 BST)

I agree you have to know how to use such tools to be able to do the job, (All the gear and no idea comes to mind) I will have to ask dave if they were any good and the correct process of using them,
Practice makes perfect and beore trying this I would practice on old pieces of tile before doing it for a customers job.

They are great and easy to use......

here's a video on how it is done with a polisher and dry diamond pads...hopefully tradetiler will get some of these pads in stock..
