porcelain tile problem

hi all newbie here. I have tiled my kitchen floor with topps tiles Q-rock black tiles 60 x 30. Grouted it, washed down several times about 5. all with clean water, got a washboy aswell, polished them up looked great. Got up next day looked horrible grey film all over them and grout in the creases. washed it down again another 5 times and got some fila residue grout remover, film is still, but grout has gone white in bits and it is staining easy like water marks next to the dog bowl. Spent a lot money on this so not happy at topps if I was meant to seal them. Help pls.

Did you over wash them....

try changing the water in the washboy, and wash diagonally against the grain slowly, fixed this tile frequently, requires washing slowly with jerking movements.. failing that, use some residue remover now..

Topps QRock do need sealing - they have a porous glaze. I assume you've used grey grout?
All I can suggest now is a stiff bristle scrubbing brush with a neutral grout haze remover like this: Universeal Grout Film Remover - 1 litre £6.87 in stock - next day UK delivery

I would also like to add the the tiles seem to have lost their colour aswell. They are glazed porcelain tiles any way to get this back?

I've had this problem with these tiles. From memory, as it was a while back, I cleaned them with Lithofin Cement Residue Remover. I thought they were unglazed by the way.
