porcelain tiles

fixing some black porcelain tiles (alegra) tommorow was setting them out and one got a bit dusty so wiped it over with a damp cloth, when it was wet it showed up some circles and wheel shapes in the tile that disapeared when dry is this normal? never come across this before, tried a few more and all the same

Is it an imprint of the pattern on the back?

No its a diamond patten on the back

turns out was a faulty batch put them on the machine when still wet apparently took them all back and new lot being delivered tommorow, i will always give a couple of the tiles a wet wipe over before laying from now on imagine if you had layed them all only to find when you wash them down they are faulty
