Porthole window reveal finish

Priced a job today for a downstairs cloakroom which has a porthole style window, round window with a 6 inch reveal. The customer wants mosaics inside the reveal. The wall will have 330 x 330 floor tiles, wall fully tiled to ceiling.

Just wondering how to finish off where the tiles meet, what trim to use. Tiler who quoted before me said he would bend the plastic trim but I can't see how that would work. Firstly they are quite rigid and secondly they would "crease" on the edge.

The mosaics are cheap, the finish on the edge is naff so laying them without a trim would look crap.

Anything on the market?

Just found a Formable trim in aluminium on a tile distribution website which will do the job. Answered my own question.

Rotozip/Bosch GTR with the milling bit is great for giving you a square edge on a curve if that's any help. The formable trims are hard to get bent into shape perfectly I have found.

how thick are the mosaic i would mirte them then grout grout the mirte would look much neater than a trim

Marry the 2 edges with mitres... time consuming but can be done not probs..

no need to mirte the wall tiles just bring the mosaic forward over the wall tiles mirte back then grout the mosaic the grout should just look like a grout joint
