Yep ! Not at all happy in doing it ,never tiled a ply or board over the heating,only under it . this is there spec not mine ! Ideally I would prima grip bond the heating panal and fibre slc on top ! Poss ditra on that ! But this celotex type panal needs to be fixed securely to the concrete sub floor with no movement at all
