fad

I would appreciate another opinion on pricing. The job consists of walls:
remove 3 sq.m of tiles
remove skirting and make good
Box in pipes under sink ( about one metre)
replace bath panels with plasterboard and tile
tile all walls - total meterage including bath approx 17 sq. m ( ceramic tiles)
Floor:
saw bottom of door
fit backerboard or similar
lay porcelain tiles 3.6 sq.m
I was thinking of something like £450/£500 for walls
and £300 for floor
I'm not fast so it would take maybe 8 days.
Is this pricing realistic ?

lift the price by £250 if you can manage it but add materials on, Personally I think you are on the low side because it works out at £93.00 per day and that is on the low side.

Dom - its on the low side if he takes 8 days!
1 day to do the preparation (don't use plasterboard on the bath panels).
7 days to do 20sq mts of tiling!!!!
£800-00 for the work described is more than reasonable!:thumbsup:IMO.
