whats the best way of advertising to get tiling work and whats the average charge per metre for wall and floor tiling in general.

Try advertising in the back pages of the Sunday Sport as a Nude Tiler - you will probably get loads of calls - If you use a premium rate number, you should make a buck or 2 from that as well !!

Call into as many Kitchen and bathroom shops as you can with your portfolio.
Get chatting to other trades - Networking is the key.
Get your van sign written.
Persevere - reputation only comes with time.

I have NEVER EVER advertised, have not even got my van signwritten & am always busy.
