hi guys and gals ! just after advice on a floor ive got to quote. its a 9mtr coservatory floor that needs leveled , its been concreted over 6 weeks ago so is fully dry. tiles are ceramic and theres no fancy borders or anything , wot price would you get for this ? iam getting £435 working on a 2 / 2 and a half days inc screed time. is that over priced do you think ?

hiya terry,if you just need 1 bag over 9 metres i asume there is just a few dips etc? cant you forget the screed and pack up with adhesive? crack it out in a day and a half or 2 days? just my opinion but i think you may get beaten on that price you could tile that in a day if its not too bad level wise and grout in the morning

Time's Ran Out

That's £900 a 5 day week = £45,000 a year - sounds about right to me!
But you may have answered your own question with 'is that overpriced do you think'.
You may be able to do it in a shorter period of time and thus reduce the cost, by following others advice reference levelling.
You may want the job to fill a space or not need the job because your busy - so there are a few variables.
