Pricing help for large area

Please can I have some assistance with pricing this job - (customer not chosen the tiles yet but will be porcelain or natural stone)
Also likely time scales

1)
5 areas all linked on ground floor (kitchen, hall, dining, toilet, utility)
Remove all existing wood flooring (40 sqm)
To lay 40 sqm of insultion boards
To lay Thermonet 24 sqm
Screed 40 sqm
To lay 40 sqm of porcelain (600 x 400)

2)
5 areas all linked on ground floor (kitchen, hall, dining, toilet, utility)

To lay 40 sqm of insultion boards
To lay Thermonet 24 sqm
Screed 40 sqm
To lay 40 sqm of natural stone (marble/granite 600 x 400)

what are you laying the ins boards onto?

Is the screed just 5mm thick Fibreplan levelling compound for the underfloor heating wires?

just a guide what id charge
1.remove floor ing 1 day rate
2.lay ins boards 1 day rate
3.lay thrmonet 1 day rate
4.screed floor 1 day rate and alabourer day rate to mix for u
5.lay 40 metres of porc....well whatever your meterage rate is for porc mate

could take anywhere tween 5 to 8 daysd depending on speed/job really

or if you need the job and you think it wiull take you 6 days then 6 day rates whatever suits

What's the wood flooring that coming up? Real wood or laminate? Is the substrate level enough for boards straight onto it? Is customer disposing of flooring once lifted?
