whats a fair price to lay 14 sq m granit tiles also got to lay underfloor heating boards, put heating mat down, level and tile also got to seal tiles and seal grout, price for labour only thanks rossy

pricing can vary regionally but have calculated a price of £480.00 labour only.keep it just under £500.00 it looks better on paper when they recieve the quote.
