pricing steps

we have a job to price for some steps, i have a rough idea of what i want to charge , was just wondering what you thought was a good price its a commercial job, steps 300x300 mosa tile, noseings + a stainless steel trim down the out side edge we are supplying all materials

what size is the area?
probably looking at £30/35m2 + materials

there is 3 flights of steps in total , i was thinking of pricing per step , then so much a lin metre for noseing and trim , total of 27 steps i think, wev,e all ready got all the floor tiling this is an extra they have just added on
