Do you think I over priced this quote ?
Customer supplying tiles all ceramic.
Three bathroom floors in same house.
I priced them individually.

Floor 1 - 5m2 required boarding out & cutting round WC & pedestal
£185 including all materials.

Floor 2 - 3m2 required boarding out & cutting round WC & pedestal
£135 including all materials.

Floor 3 - 3.5m2 required cutting round WC & pedestal
£115 including all materials.

They did not want to take the WC's out.
Said his mate could do it cheaper - so why ask me in the 1st place ????
But do you think I over priced or not .

I dont usually comment on pricing but dont beat yourself up about your prices, seem more than fair to me.

Don't worry about it the client is either willing to pay that ammount to have the work done, or not. Give your price and move on.

personnally i think your prices would be fair if they where all seperate jobs but since you could do that in about 1 1/2 days you might have been a bit dear,i'm saying this as i live close to you and know that very few people would take those prices the way it is the now!

I get where your coming from David & think you maybe right about pricing the job as a whole, but I still aint fast enough to do the whole jod in a day & half !

personally i think pricing individal prices are fair but the job as a hole it's a tad dear

like others have said give the price you want to work for and thats all you can do if you find you are loosing alot of quotes then it's time for a rethink

imo price is spot on , you win some you lose some, just find your pricing structure and stick with it dont second guess yourself:8:
