Priming and tanking

Hi have pro warm boards fitted to new shower room walls and floor. Am I right in saying I need to acrylic prime everything? I have some plasterboard also? I have some nicobond primer left over and think can use this? What dilution rate? Have some tanking paint left from a wetroom I did so was going to paint this onto dubious areas as well. Assume this is ok? Should have enough to do corners and shower tray area. Was going to add scrim between coats? Assume once done I can then just tile straight over? Ta.

Personally I'd off to a good car spares shop, Halfords is local to me and get some fine body repair fibre glass...1m2 for about a fiver and cut into strips and use that with your Tanking paint for the corners.

Scrim sounds to course for wet tanking gear....

Thats the stuff, the pro warm boards are they cement faced.....

Yep having porcelain floor tiles and ceramic walls tiles. Shower area and floor is prowarm the remainder plasterboard

Personally I would'nt prime the pro boards and only prime the plasterboards if theres any bare gypsum showing....

No real need to prime, but it wouldn't hurt
