I have been doing a job for the last two day in a huge manor house for a builder, whats happened, five years ago the customer had all 6 bathrooms tiled by another builder and when the tiles were fixed none of the walls were primed and now they are slowly falling off the wall. The architect turned up today and took photo for the client who lives abroad, and he was telling me they have a big site in London and all the bathrooms 20 of have been tiled but before the tiling company finished tiles started popping off, every one has been condemned as the tilers never primed the walls and in the spec it said the walls had to be primed...Tilers have to remove and redo at there cost....so beware PRIME PRIME PRIME you amagine this happening to you!!!!!!:furious3:
