PROFESSIONAL OR COWBOY??

I have recently had a new bathroom fitted, but it looks like I might have chosen an unprofessional company. I would be very grateful for your honest opinions. I was quoted £6,000 and paid 25% upfront. The remainder is due, and the manager is coming to view the job tomorrow.
