Quarry tile floor

Hi all

I've just started tiling a quarry tile floor around 35m2 which covers kitchen, hallway, bathroom & out into a Conservatorie, the tiles are a basic red quarry tile 100 x 100mm & are good quality & size is very uniform.
I'm working on a day rate for the work, but was wondering if I were to price up for such a job what would be the going metre rate on a small tile like this on floors. I'm just interested to compare my day rate & meterage rate at the end of the job to see how they compare.

Matt - I don't know of a company that makes a 100x100mm Quarry tile!
As far as costing is concerned I would expect to charge approx 50% more than I would for a tile of say 200x200mm or 300x300mm.
For 35sq mts I would be charging the client no more than 4 days labour.

pretty sure they are 4" quarry tiles I'll have a check tomorrow and find out who they are made by.

checked the tile sizes they are 100x100

id go in for a meterage rate of 30 per m2 check it with your day rate and see the difference
