Quartz Tiles

Hi all,

I've got a customer who has bought 300 x 300 x 15mm quartz floor tiles. Can anyone recommend the right cutter for these as I think my plasplug isn't going to be man enough? I would be looking to buy something in the DIY/ light professional range.

Use a grinder with turbo type blade in .... but patience with the plasplug will suffice for that size..

I use these. Throw them in with the price & write it off when finished
Geared diamond wheel cutter from topps tiles.
New blades are £12.99 too if you want to keep it. Good wee motors in them

Ok will do mate thanks, it wouldn't be dead money buying something anyway as it would be used in the future.

I suggest you consider a better machine such as a Norton 180 for around £100. It'll do the job better and faster and will last you a good few years.

Is it stone or resin Quartz.
Blades don't last very long on those Sparkly ones.
And don't forget to check your adhesive.
