Quartz tiles

Been to a job today after being asked to fix 10 tiles that had come loose. Never seen anything like it when I got there. Tiles had fallen off top window reveal which was loose ply,above the window had fallen off and tiles around boxing on soil pipe had fallen off and hit one of the kids. Tiles were also loose in the middle of the other walls. Tiles are 600x300 12mm quartz:yikes: ironically the only solid tiles on the job are on the floor and that's onto 4mm ply. The tiler used rapid set flexible adhesive and its literally fell off the back of the tiles and the wall.

I think they all need removing....

That's what I said but they say they have no money so I won't touch the patching up as it will be my problem then and I won't risk it

The fact is they can't afford not to replace them as one of the kids got hit from a falling tile.
