Question on tiling a fireplace.

Hi All

Got a fireplace to tile very simple just 2 tiles across and 2 tiles deep the question concerning the width would you cut both ties so making them both the same or just cut 1 tile and leave the other whole, if i cut both tile they will be about 1 to 1 1/2 inch cuts i was going to cut just one tile so avoiding small cuts but having different size tiles close together like they are would they look right what would you guys do.

Cut both make them even it will look a lot better

The easiest and lazy way usually compramises overall look.Always work symmetrically,after all tiling is all about what you see

I agree with previous posts it makes the job look better with the two cuts
