I thought it looked great and straightforward until I went too the demonstation at Mapei, and i didn't come away too impressed.
Lots of surface preparation, with expensive primers, the system itself levells itself but really needs working, and then needs all sorts of finishing sealers and waxes.
Plus you have to make sure that the whole room is free of contaminants or insects as if anything walks or falls on it then the surface finish will need to be reground.
Plus if there are any cracks in the substrate these need to be 100% dealt with or it will tranfer through the Ultratop.
Just looks like something you need lots of experience with.
