Hi Gents,
I would like to ask if anyone could advise me on how to get ready mixed grout of floor tiles?My mother inlaw has had a so called tiler in who has left an absolute mess on the bathroom tiles and gone and will not answer any calls.This just not my thing so any sensible answers would be greatly appreciated!!:mad2:

sorry for the delay, when it rains it pours my poor old mums been taken ill past week so my apologies for the delay getting back! The floor grout that was used was unibond water proof ready mix and the tiles are a black b and q rough ceramic.

As above, if we can find out what brand it is it would make it easier to advise. Also what kind of tiles
are they (ceramics/natural stone...)?

Hi,
It's a bit of a mess,in some areas just a thin gritty layer others quite thick.The Guy has basicly just give it a quite wipe over
and has told her that with regular moping it will come up!What a plank?Just makes me so angry that he's taken the p$£* like that!!!

Have you called him? I really hope he wasnt paid.

If you cant get him back then I would give the manufacturer a call and ask them what they recommend. I dont use ready mixed grout so I wouldn't like to advise on which chemicals to use.
