Nice bit of kit Paul. Been looking into getting a new reciprocator as I still use the Scorpion. Let us know what you think

1st impressions were good just tested on a lump of wood i had in the shed, went through it nicely, we was using an hitachi corded one that we kept chopping through the wire lol so this should be safer

I've actually all but stopped using mine (scorpion) in favour of a hand saw. It cuts better and takes no longer and I get a bit of excercise whilst I'm doing it....

Using a flooring handsaw to lift floor boards takes me back. Don't get me wrong, I'll use a handsaw when I can. Prefer cutting most things by hand but there are times you just don't have the option but to use a reciprocator

with the power saw with a long blade you can get nice and close to the edge plus fit some windows now and again will come in handy for the ripping out.

Top bit of kit I like cutting steel gas/water pipes under floors with mine sooooooooo much quicker than a hacksaw and less sweating
