Recommendation-Tile master adhesives

I am constantly impressed with the quality of Tilemaster's products

Never used any Gary , but the guy i'am currantly working for has said he could buy sovereign addy for £10 per 22kg bag , but i put him -off as its not flexible ........and asked for ARDEX X77 good stuff

I too am very impressed with them Gary. I've used the SLC and it really is superb. I'm most impressed with the grout 3000, I've always been a BAL grout user and since they ruined the Micromax 2, I've been struggling to find a grout that I find comfortable to use and performs well. Grout 3000 ticks all the boxes for me and I will be using it more in the future.

The Sovereign addy I used was called Porcelflex, grey and white and found it to be really good stuff.....

Use Tilemaster all the time,Its all my local shop stock..Mainly use Trade Fast flex & Standard Setaflex addy
Find the Standard Grouts & the 3000 r both good to work with,been using the Flexmaster primer recently
too, can't faulty any of the products Ive used so far.

Yep I love tile master too, the flex master is a good primer and can also be be used as an additive to make the setaflex adhesive more flexible

You need to try Tilemasters Lightweight Flexible white adhesive. I have heard several salesmen make claims about how good their adhesive "grips" large tiles on walls - but this is the only one I have found that achieves "no slip" when large format tiles are fixed.

No stockists in NI sadly but seems to get great reviews. Wouldn't mind getting a mixed pallet brought over if it was worth while.

ardex x7w will give it a run for its money you have to push it down to the line and that is on 600-600 pors

We only recently had a CTD open in Bristol (I think they stock Ardex) - prior to that not aware of any Ardex stockists locally. Always willing to try something different - I travel about a fair bit and sometimes you have to go to local stockists.

Its great stuff, had to use some mapei grout in the ladys loos i was tiling, i ran out of 3000, don't worry it was in a separate cubicle to the 3000,i used to love mapei grout but i think its pants compared to the 3000 after using one after the other!
