Recommended self levelling compound

Need to level out a screed substrate (about 35mm of it) wondering if there is a good, recommended self levelling compound you would suggest? (for laying Travertine tiles)

Is it 35mm over a larger area , if so then insulation boards will be cheaper than SLC.

Good point. It is 40m2 and requires quite a few bags so yes maybe your option would be cheaper thanks.

if 35mm all over would you not get away with screeding.

At 40mm you'll need 2.5ish bags per square metre, times 40 = 100 bags so you won't see any change from £1500. I'd use insulation boards first as Dave suggested. 35mm boards then a 5mm SLC covering over the top.
