Removing a tiled floor / reclamation

we gave an original black and white tiled hallway. It's an amazing feature but we are remodelling our house and staircase so the hall cannot stay as is. Think the most realistic option for us is to remove the tiles and was hoping we could still preserve them by giving them a new home. Don't know where to start???

Hi Welcome to the forum Can you upload some pictures of floor? Think that would be a good start.

We did a job end of last year where client bought reclaimed tiles off EBay .
He bought a whole job lot and meticulously cleaned the lot, collated them and then accepted our price to refix them.
This was our finished project!

This was one of the pictures that was provided to my client on the EBay listing showing the floor before removal.
With sand/cement fixing these tiles can be removed successfully on occasion as they are often floating after drying out and pressure release.
They weren't cheap but original.
