Hi
I have have dark high polished porcelain tiles with bal grey grout. The grout looks like its penatrated the tiles has it?, It looks like small grey dots all over the tiles. The tiles were not sealed before grouting, and I have tried removing the small deposits with Grout remover, but it is not making a difference.
I have since been told the tiles should have been sealed prior to grouting.
Can anybody help as my tiler is not returning my calls. He says he never seals before grouting and never had this problem.
If it helpd the tiles were bought from tops, they are black jakarter (Think that's how its spelt)
