Time's Ran Out

Dale -Without tapping the walls to see how well they are fixed it would be difficult to advise you. The tile could be fixed with sand/cement onto wire walls. They could be 4" tiles with thin bed adhesive onto emulsion walls IE the two extremes.
For a price you have to work out what area you could tile in an hour, how much you charge per metre and assess how long you think it will take to remove the wall tiling. Then multiply the no of hours by the no of metres you could tile in that time! Your a tiler so your rate of pay is for tiling - if the customer wants the walls stripped they should pay your tiling rate!
If you have a labourer you get him to do it and charge the relevant amount. If you want to be competitive charge a labourers rate and do it yourself!

Timeless John.
