Removing sealer

How do I remove contaminants such as existing tile sealers, from existing floor tiles. I want to apply a floor leveller over the top of the existing tiles that need to stay down ideally to help with forming the new levels.

I use Lithofin Wexa or Butchers Bare Knuckles

Just rough it up with a belt sander to get a key.

It's Lime stone guys. Thanks for rapid answers !
We used rotary scabbler to get key and prime it with mapei "eco prim grip"
