waaaayyyyyy over weight there,skimmed walls are 20kg(or there abouts) if it was just render you would be fine,id try and take the skim off 1st,if not,could you not fix hardibacker to the wal?l,if the render is solid you could do more damage to the house knocking it all off,so sticking a cement board over(with adhesive and screws and plugs) could be your answer
