Repair small chips in ceramic floor tiles

Hi

I have a black slate effect cermaic floor tiles in my kitchen with under floor heating. Dropping the odd cup has caused a couple of chips in the tiles leaving white marks, any advice on how to fix this

best bet would be to replace, other than that black marker then sealer to stop the marker wearing off

If the biscuit of the tile is showing, I think it's just a case of trying to colour it the same as the tile so it's not so obvious.

I'm with Gaz 4266 on this,black permy marker & coated in 'our pegs' clear nail varnish,but don't let her see you lift it from her handbag, that would be just asking for trouble !!!

Good one gaz, have used the black nail varnish before (on tiles that is!) Works wonders and even got a laugh at the chemists buying it:shades_smile:

I worked a couple of years ago with a hairy arsed Preston brikkie called Ste,hands like shovells,face like a bulldog licking p*ss off a nettle & built like a brick out house.We went for a bevvy one night after the late shift,he announced that his 'dogs were barking' and upon removing his steelies,he revealed that every toe nail wer barbie pink.After the laughter subsided he said "You shouldn't be afraid to be in touch with your feminine side"!
