h[i forum i livein leicester and have just fitted the kitchen out and now want to finish it of with anew ceramic floor the original foor was thermoplastic tiles been down for the past 40 years have chopped them up and revealed the black bitumen which they were laid with on to a concrete screed]the question is do i need to apply a pva coating in order to lay ceramic as the new floor sorry thought i got pics but they got deleted was on other card
