rondine slate tiles

hi guys,

i use rondine slate tiles a lot from topps tiles. after grouting they all seem to get a slight residue on them that i cannot get off. i don`t think they are porus.

any ideas?

Hi do you seal the slate before or after fixing , and what type of grout are you using and joint size thanks

bal grout, when i say slate tiles, they are lookalike slate and 3mm grout

riven porcelain these need to be washed off well, i would give these at least 3/4 passes over with the washboy.one of the site sponcers will have a suitable grout residue cleaner that will sort it out.
