RSS Feeds...?

:blush2: I don't know what they are, these RSS feeds, what they do, what the letters stand for, how they come about, what to do with them, how to create them and why....???? feeling very ignorant, but haven't go the foggiest, can anyone enlighten me? :blush2:

So basicly it is a news feed.. and if your site supports it, then you can feed it and if you click on a site that has RSS then you can subscribe as well..

RSS feeds are a good way of keeping up with web info if you subscribe to the sites news feed via RSS..
