Rubi ND200 problem.

My ND200 started to cut out when in use, left for 30 seconds and started again then cut out again, thought it might be the transformer but tested it with another tool and no problem.

Anyone else had any issues, the only other thing that comes to mind is the switch ????

It does sound like a dodgy switch. Tried wd40 on/ in it?

Don't know the answer but we had the same cut out issue when they got overheated!

Could be thermal cut out issue. How clean is the motor casing and are the fan blades clean and intake grill clear?

The switch just was'nt playing Tuesday and left me with no cutter so a panic call to TT got one delivered today and fitted, works a treat now....

I love the blade, I don't hammer it but it seems to cut everything I put through so far and dos'nt seem to struggle either, absolutely minimum of chipping if any.
I know there are other blades that may cut as well but not having tried them can't comment on there quality. If your near me or visa versa I could bring it over for you to have a go with it and see what you think of the blade. [MENTION=4720]garythetiler[/MENTION]
