Rubi T166-S

I picked up a comment in one of the threads about this new bit of kit. Had a look at the link and it looks like a different design style from other Rubi's - more like the style of other brands i.e. Vitrex with the sigle bar instaed of the twin tubes for the cutter. Has anyone any experience of this cutter?
