Bri
I have a ts70plus and it does struggle on some porcelain, have been looking at an alternative.
I have been working recently with a guy who was using a TS60 plus to cut some really hard porcelain. His secret of success? Use the cutter to score the tile.
Then break the tile across the top of his knee...............:47:
"You gotta hit the tile on your knee in just the right place mate......"
Um, ow.
must admit my ts70+ struggles with some as well, and i score it and break them over the edge of another tile.I have been working recently with a guy who was using a TS60 plus to cut some really hard porcelain. His secret of success? Use the cutter to score the tile.

bri, whats this facebook thingie, can't seem to get it to work, just goes to the home page. just being nosie and all thatJust the TX700. I've got the TX 1200N and the measuring bar gets in the way as it's already a big cutter. If you mark your cuts then the bar on the N never gets used to it's full potential anyway, so is a bit of a waste.
