rubi tx900 n

can anyone advise as dont want to look daft if i take my cutter back. I used to have a tr 600s gd cutter but have now moved on to a tx 900 n but have noticed the scoring wheel does not run central to the breaker bar. it is set off to the left by abour 3mm. is this correct or have a bought a duff lol plz advise.
