Hi guys just looking for a bit of advice, im new to the tiling business although things have been going well i was asked by an insurance contract company ive been getting work from to tile a kitchen the day before christmas as they had been let down by another guy they use, as you can imagine it turned into a bit of a rush job ive now been told there are a couple of tiles with a little lip. What would you guys have done? Done the job or told them no. Im putting this down to a little inexperience. Any advice would be much appreciated

But what is the question ??? putting lipped tiles right or working xmas eve ?

Both I've assumed - can't do anything about working Xmas eve now - but it should be the same as any other day if you've taken the job on. And you'll have to sort out the lips - which if they are wall tiles may have not been noticeable when you did it as the electrics under the units might not have been on (yet another get out of jail card)
