I've just seen a video of My mate sal using a schluter adhesive, does it exist over here? Think it's new. You have to mix for 5 mins, leave it standing for 10 min then mix again for 3, Jeez

Does anybody ever use non flex adhesive, it's all i ever use really. Both rapid and slow and none flex
Bal single part flexible is classed as c2 I believe whereas most other spf adhesive is s1. Is this just down to polymer amount? Its hard to find non flexible adhesives lately, as many manufacturers put Flexible on the non flexible bags.
In my opinion flexible adhesive is adhesives meeting S1 or S2 criteria, everything else is just polymerised, not flexible.
Any thoughts?
Must be the only thing thin over there, bet Schluter have to put cheese on it tho?I knew that (US only)
Was speaking with Andrew Curry about it recently.
But I've only just seen this thread.
Are you talking about 'slaking' Dan?I've read about it on the JohnBridge.com forum. That process of waiting then mixing again is quite common over there apparently. But I think there's one now where you don't need to do it if I read their thread right. I'll try find it when I'm back in work.
