Schuter Kerdi coll?

Do we HAVE to use Kerdi Coll for applying Keba & Kerdi...
As far as schluter say in their training videos to use thin set.. So normal addy I guess, no mention of Kerdi coll?

Kerdi Coll is waterproof , adhesive is only water resistant.
So applying Kerdi to a wall you would use adhesive and for applying overbanding to cover joints and around pipes Kerdi Coll to maintain the waterproofing.
