The sealer is a water based Delta Research product.

Its on a large kitchen floor in a rented property and although the customer is very fussy she may not go the whole of stripping the floor due to cost. Not sure what to estimate for stripping but on 25m I am thinking it has to be atleast £300. Blending in the scratches could be a fraction of the cost and although not perfect still acceptable for renting.

Just strip and reseal the tiles that are scratched then
