Scuff on tile

Anybody know any tricks to remove this scuff of the face of the tile. My apprentice has marked it with the metal side of the grout float. Tried everything to get it off but nothing touches it

I know you can get a metal mark remover from, can't remember, think Lithofin do one. Bob?

Try t-cut always works for me on metal scuffs.

Get some very fine, probably 1200 grit wet and dry. I've used this on a couple of occasions and it's always worked and left no dull patches.

We have abra clean, cutting compound for porcelain use with a white pad , bath rubbers are great ( fired earth sell one on their counter in most shops, as above other suggestions

Would reproduce scuff on an off cut then test any of the above on this then go on to the fixed tile, just to be safe

try the same grout as the joints on it first mate we do this on some of our polished porc just rub it in good and buff it off might save you the money of buying a product

How are you getting on .ive not been on forum for some time .is the tiling working out for you

Autosol chrome polish, I always have a tube in my van. I find it works great.

Just got myself a bath rubber to try. Great bit of kit! very useful, even got my Wife's hair dye stain off one of the kitchen cupboard high gloss doors. Definitely keeping that in the box.
