hi shogun.i assume you mean the kickplates mate..if so remove them and Silicon batons all round the room where the kickplates gothen the slc wont go past these mate...also remember to baton across doors also you dont want slc on carpets etc:yikes: kickplates will no doubt need re cut to allow for tiles at end,,i usually pass this job to me old man(joiner) altho some of the lads here charge for it themselves and some do it for free,, good luck
much better finish mate go under the kickplates taking the tile an inch or so past them so there is no groutlines.Thanks mate so the kick plate will go on top off the tiles?

also before you start the kitchen check the wash machine has enough clearnace once u have slc then tiled for it to go bak under the worktop:drool5:
only thing else you might need to do is take an 3/4 of an inch off the kickboards.
i use a joiners saw...............with a joiner attached to the end o it:drool5:
and if you are not as lucky as kilty and having a joiner on tap use a rip saw! much easier to keep your line
