Shower area. Which comes first, egg or the Ch...

Hello good people

So, what's your thoughts...
In the shower section, do you grout first and then Silicon details such as corners andand where the tray meets the wall tiles?
Or is it visa versa?

What's the best method and importantly, why.

Grout then Silicon...
Gives a better Seal, and looks neater ..imo

Silicon sandwich where tiles meet the tray, Silicon, tile, (grout) then Silicon again. Silicon corners after grouting for the finish.

Hi. Thanks for the input. I assume that I do not grout the corner first. I have ensured that the corners are completely clear of adhesive, so that the Silicon gets good key. Was this correct? I assume you keep the corners clear of adhesive and grout because they can't accommodate any movement.

Grout, then apply Silicon.
